Michael Khodadadian is the founder and principal at Silverrock Equities LLC with over 10 years of experience in the real estate Industry. Mr. Khodadadian graduated in 2004 from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a double major in corporate finance and international business. He has used his educational background and connections with local and international banks as well as other motivated sellers to acquire all forms of real estate. He specializes in the acquisition of distressed and under valued investment properties. Mr. Khodadadian has successfully acquired and currently owns and operates almost 500,000 square feet of real estate throughout New York City since the inception of Silverrock Equities in 2010 and is not slowing down. His relentless pursuit of success and drive to excel is what is certain to take his firm to the next echelon.
